Crazy 4 Challenges - C4C77
Hello Crafty Friends!! Hey. . .it's Saturday and you know what that means? It's Crazy 4 Challenges time! Yay! This week Silke came up with a fun challenge. . .a sketch challenge! How fun! I love sketch challenges!
Before I discuss all the things going on with my card, be sure to stop by Crazy 4 Challenges and check out all the beautiful cards the design team created or visit the individual designers blog:
* Barbara Anders
* Cindy Haffner
* Frances Byrne
* Jessie Rone
* Joanne Grzelak
* Joycelyn Pelkey
Lynda Benden
*Silke Ledlow
* Silke Kittmann
* Tammy Hershberger
Vicki Garrett
I decided to use an image by Unity Stamps. . .I have a ton of their stamps but haven't had the time to use them. I love their images . . .they are very whimsical. . .they also have awesome sentiment stamps! I did a bit of paper piecing by stamping part of the image on designer paper and cut it out, then stamped the trunk on to white card stock using brown ink. I cut the image out and adhere them to the round panel with foam tape.
Whenever I watch TV with my family, I sometimes crochet flowers and have a bunch of them. I decided to use a few of them on my card.
Hey before I go, scroll down to my previous post or Click Here. . .I started a "Linky Party" that will be posted every Friday on my blog called "Crafty Friday Mash Up". . .it's not a challenge, it's just sharing your crafty projects. . .it's open to any DIY projects. . .it can be anything as long as it is handmade . . paper crafting, altered art, sewing, jewelry, refurbishing, home decor, photography, crocheting, needlecraft, whatever. . .it's just a great way to show off your craftiness. Hope to see your beautiful creations!
Anyway, that's it for today! Hope you all have a wonderful Saturday!!
