Mother's Day Cards and Freebie Digi Images

Hi Friends!! I have to be honest. .. I'm seriously behind on my Mother's Day projects. I'm very disappointed in myself. I always think I have a lot of time and before I know it, the day is fast approaching. I think I'm going to start creating holiday projects 3 months in advance! LOL! Okay. . .what's the next holiday? Father's Day and Graduation. .. okay, I better get started today!

Anyway. . because I was late creating my Mother's Day projects, I needed to create something really quickly. Do you have a lot of flower images or prima flowers? Well, I do and I always wanted a stem for my flowers that has a sentiment on it. I couldn't find a stem sentiment stamp that I owned so I decided to create my own. . .:)

I created the 4 cards in 1 hour! Wow, that's a record for me! It was easy because all I did was print the images and added the prima and ribbon and that was basically it.

If you want to try it out yourself, I provided the image below. I made a few more various sentiment images. . .I'll share them when I create cards with them.

Here is another card I made using a different stem sentiment that I created. Scroll down below for the file. I decided to use my Stampin Up "Petal Pizazz". Ya' know, this is the first time I've inked this stamp set since buying it. Can you believe it? Nothing much to the card but basically stamping the images, cutting them out and adding dew drops to the flowers.

Here is the image if you want to try it out! It works like any digital image. . .it's free! Just sharing!! If you decide to use the images, please credit my blog if you post your creation on your blog or online gallery. . .:) I'd love to see what you created if you do use them. . .so let me know if you created something with them.

I'll be posting a few more cards and projects that I made with myscrapchick.com cutting files later today so be sure to stop by and check them out!

Hope you all have a beautiful Wednesday!!

Thanks a million, Maria!!!! The card I was making for my mom just wasn't coming together how I wanted it to. Now you've given me something beautiful and easy to work with seeing I'm down to the last minute.
