Song Dedication to All My Blog Friends

Happy Saturday! Today is a nice sunny day. I really love this song by Francesca Battistelli called "Free to Me". She doesn't have a music video for this song but this live version is pretty good. It's the type of song that lift your spirits especially if you're feeling unsure of yourself.

The second song below is again by Francesca Battistelli called "I'm Letting Go". Another inspirational song that not only has a good beat but makes you feel good. Let me know what you think.

Last but not least. . .remember Hootie and the Blowfish? Well, the lead singer Darius Rucker has a new song called "Alright". Oooh, I love the message to this song and it's a good song too! Darius really has transition to modern country really nicely. Listen to the words. . .it puts life into perspective. Tell me if this song doesn't make you smile!

Anyway. . .it's my daughter's party this afternoon so I have no cards or project to post today! Hope y'all have a wonderful and beautiful day!!

TFS the music! Love the first 2 songs! Great. I love me some Hootie. He actually lives about 20 min from where I live and you can see him out and about in Charleston frequently. I met him in the Atlanta airport on the way back from a business trip too. A friend of mine actually trick or treated at his house here too. I have all the H&BF CDs and I have his DR CD too. H&BF used to play at our local baseball games (our team is part owned by Bill Murray who I've met before too!). I LOVED his solo album. Having a hard time with him crossing over to country... just me I'm sure, but this song is really great. Trying to figure out where it's filmed. Probably locally, but can't determine where. Love me some HOOTIE! TFS. Hope party is a SMASH, which I'm sure it will be!

I've been listening to Fancesca on a local radio station but have never seen her perform....until I came across your blog! Thank for sharing the videos. She's even cuter than I imagined plus I love her music....but I especially love her heart!

Francesca has the pretties unique voice. I listen to her on the radio. I love "Hootie's" transition into country music. I think I almost like it better! Thanks for sharing
