Random Cards - More Halloween Cards

Hey, hey Everyone! How is your evening going? Here are a few Halloween cards I made yesterday for World Cardmaking Day! I had initially planned to participate in a few challenges but it didn't work out so my goal was just to reduce my scrap pile and work on a few Halloween cards.

I had an extra scallop circle so I decided to create a card incorporating it. This is what I came up with. I finally used up the dot and stripe cardstock so now I can move on. . .yay! I'm slowly but surely reducing my scraps!!

Card Details:

Stamps set: Happy Haunting
Ink: Only Orange, Basic Black
Paper: Only Orange, Black, DCWV Fall Stack
Accessories: Robo Craft (Scallop Circle) 1/8" circle punch, Colluzzle Cutting System (circles), Satin Ribbon

I know. . .it's an unconventional color combo for Halloween but my goal was use the blue striped paper from my scrap pile. I like it. It's different.

I just realised the photo corner is crooked. Sometimes you see the imperfections of a card in a picture.

I actually made another card using this stamp set "Haunting Halloween" but I mistakenly saved a picture of another card over it so I'll take another picture of it and post it tomorrow.

Besides reducing my scrap pile, my other goal is to use the majority of the stamps in a set before putting it away. I have the tendency to use only one or two of the stamps in a set then move on to another set.

The sentiment on this card is not SU because I couldn't find a SU Halloween sentiment that fit my card layout.

Card Details:

Stamp Set: Haunting Halloween, River City Rubber Works (sentiment)
Ink: Prismacolor Pencils with Gamsol, Prismacolor Markers
Paper: DCWV Fall Stack, DCWV Designer Paper, Ballet Blue, Yoyo Yellow
Accessories: JoAnn Brads, Organdy Ribbon, 3/8" and 1 1/4" square punch (photo corner)

Nice cards. I like the top card (orange is my fav colour) bg paper, and how you just used orange and black. The effect is awesome.
