Warmest Thoughts Card Stampin Up Image Card and Shabby Chic Seam Binding Embellishments

Hi Friends! Whoa. . .another post! Yay! I am trying very hard to blog items I've created as soon as I've completed them rather than setting them aside and blogging it later when I remember to do so.

It's sometimes really difficult to keep on top of everything. Sometimes I get lazy and don't want to take photos of my projects. I'm not lazy when it comes to creating but I am a little wishy-washy when it comes to take photos of them. Are you that way too? Taking photo is an art in itself. . .you know, lighting, staging, right angle, right camera setting. I do believe that taking nice photos of your projects is just as important as creating them especially if you blog or sell your items.

This card is actually a "revamped" card. Originally, it only had the ribbon and bow and the sentiment again was different. In the past, I didn't really pay attention to the sentiment. I usually would grab any sentiment that would fit on my label so I decided to change the sentiment to something more "greeting card" related rather than just a sentiment that don't quite apply to any real occasion.

I added my crochet flower with a satin rosette to further embellish the bow.

I just created these embellishments. I've made these embellishments in the past but this time I decided to create a mix of colors rather than one color set.

I added coordinating satin rosettes and beaded pins that I created. This one is lavender and pink.

This one is pink and white as you can see. I dyed a bunch of seam bindings in different colors. This is the first time I dyed them in lavender. I have a lot of pink and turquoise so to change things up a little, I dyed them lavender. It's fun to dye them!

Anyway. . .I also listed the card and set of embellishments in my Etsy Shop: Inspired & Unscripted. Stop by my shop and check out the other items I've listed.

I think this will be the last post for today. I'll work on a few more projects tomorrow. Hope you all have a wonderful Friday evening!
