The Greeting Farm and Other Announcements

Hi Friends!! Hey. . .the new Anya and Ians are in the house! LOL! Yup, the Greeting Farm released May's Anya and Ians today! Whoohoo! It's a major cause for celebration!! Stop by the Greeting Farm. . .you are definitely going to love them!

I have a few wonderful announcements! Beth of Sunflower and Dragonflies chose me as her "Reader of the Week"!! Wow, what an honor. She posted a few questions that I answered. . .sorta like a mini interview. She also did a write up on me! Thank you, Beth for choosing me!! You are a sweetheart.

Another honor was bestowed on me. . .Arlene of Precious Angels Creations is a team member of this awesome blog site called "Inspirational"; a blog site that features different bloggers. Okay, I was a little shy about this. The other featured bloggers were true inspirations and argggh, my stuff paled by comparison. You're like. . ."Maria, you're too hard on yourself". Honestly, I'm not. LOL! Stop by the blog and you'll see why I feel this way. The featured bloggers are WOW. . inspiring. Thank you Rleen for choosing me. . .I really appreciate it!!

Okay. . .now to my card. This image and the one below are not part of the new stamp images. Okay, honestly. . .I'm losing it! For some reason, I thought this Anya beauty was from the new set. I have so many of the Greeting Farm stamps that my brain saw Anya in a bikini and I automatically thought it was a new set! LOL! I guess because it has a summer theme! Argggh!!

I'll post the new Anya and Ian tomorrow. . .I need to get my head screwed on straight first! I haven't been feeling well. A few days ago it was a stomach ache and today, a major headache and "eye" ache. I think my eyes are the source of my headaches. It may have to do with allergies and it's driving me BANANAS!!

I seriously had fun with this image! I always have fun with the Greeting Farm images. I mean seriously. I can sit and color their images and just go wild with it!!

I colored the image with my Copic Markers and drew in the background. It really feels like summer looking at Anya. . .makes me want to put on my bikini! NOT!! LOL! Arggh. . .I wouldn't be caught dead in a bikini!

Anyway. . .stop by my blog tomorrow and check out some of the cards I'll be making using the new Anya/Ian images!

This card is also made using another of the Greeting Farm stamps but unfortunately, it's no longer available for sale. I'm determined to buy all of the Greeting Farm stamps because they do sort of "retire". So sad. I still am thinking of what other of the Greeting Farm stamps that I don't have and are no longer available.

I didn't add a sketch for the two cards on this post. Sorry. . .I'll post it on another day using different images. I'm feeling so dang lazy because of my headache. I'm just not in the mood to create a sketch.

Again, I colored the images with Copic Markers and added a bit of Stickles.

Anyway. . .hope you all are having a wonderful evening!! I hope I feel better tomorrow and that my headache goes away.
