Happy Mother's Day
Hi Friends!! I just want to wish y'all a Happy Mother's Day! I hope it was a wonderful day for all you mothers out there.
My husband bought me flowers. . .how sweet. There's two of them because he asked for a double set of flowers (meaning in one vase) and instead they sent two orders of flowers with an extra vase. Hey,that works for me!! LOL!
We also went to the winery for Mother's Day Brunch which was absolutely yummy. I'm so stuffed it's not funny. My daughter bought me a book of inspirations and a nice card.
I spoke to my family in Hawaii and they were together having brunch. Every year, we all would get together and eat a Mother's Day brunch . . .it was like a tradition. Because I'm not there. . .well, we went to a brunch here too. I was with them in spirit! LOL!
Here is a card I made . . .the image is by Flourishes. I actually bought the stamp set a few months ago but only had a change to ink it the other day. I colored the image with my Prismacolor Pencils w/gamsol. I've been trying to work with different coloring mediums. 
I'm sorry I'm not very chatty right now. I'm stinkin' sleepy. I ate too much and now I can barely stay awake!! I need a dose of caffeine. Arrggh!

GORGEOUS! Love those big huge scallops on the side--especially outlined in white dots, those really pop! Love your image and bow too--so PRETTY! :)
Aren't you just the lucky girl with all of those flowers. Do they smell as pretty as they look? I am so glad you had a wonderful Mother's Day. I wasn't able to be with my mom either but we talked a couple of times during the day and I will be able to see her soon. Your card is fantastic. I love that it is a little bit of a different style.
