It's a Fairy Day with Lily the Fairy

Hi Friends!! Hmmm. . .what can I talk about. . . okay. . I've been reading a lot lately! Ever since starting my book club "The Cafe Corner Book Club". I found a group of ladies that also have a love for reading who joined my book club. If you want to join, stop by "the Cafe Corner Book Club" blog site and check out what's going on.

I already finished the club's May book selection "the Host" by Stephenie Meyers . . the same author that wrote the Twilight series. The Host is her first "adult" book. I don't want to discuss it because my book club will start a discussion on it on May 15th at the group's forum. If you read the book, stop by the forum on May 15th and join in the discussion. . .you don't have to join the book club. You can participate in discussions but as a non-member you won't have the option to select a book of the month.

I'm in the middle of reading "Angels & Demons" by Dan Brown. Oooh, the book's subject is fascinating. I also bought the companion book called "Inside Angels & Demons" by Dan Burstein. "Inside Angels & Demons" studies Dan Brown's "Angels & Demons" and answers questions regarding the book and separates facts from fiction. There's a few "discrepancies" in "Angels & Demons" so it's a good idea to get the Dan Burstein book if you want to learn more about the subjects written in Dan Brown's book. The Angels & Demons movie is coming out soon. . .it stars Tom Hanks and is directed by Ron Howard.

June's book of the month for the club is "No Time for Goodbye" by Linwood Barclay which I'll start reading today. I am reading "Angels & Demons" because I already had the book and I was waiting for No Time for Goodbye to arrive from Amazon. Can't wait to get started.

Now to my card. . .I think today should be a "fairy" day so I decided to create a card using Pink Cat Studio's Lily the Fairy. Isn't Lily such a cutie. . .especially, as a fairy. I have a lot of scrap dps so I decided to add a scrap piece to my card.

I colored Lily with my Copic Markers!. Nothing much else to the card. . just my typical stuff.

Again, I popped up my image using foam tape. I love doing this.

Anyway. . be sure to stop by Pink Cat Studio and check out all their cute stamps!!

Hope y'all have a beautiful day!!
