Daily Special - Ways to Use . . .Double Sided Patterned Paper #2

Today's Daily Special - Ways to Use. . .this is a second post on the same subject (see my previous post). As I said in my previous post. . .I can't imagine wasting the other side of a double sided patterned paper. It's such a waste. I mean, it's wonderful for a scrapbooker because it's like a two for one thing. . .but for a card maker, well it's a waste if the other sided is glued on to a card base.

So. . . here's an idea. . .fold part of the paper so part of the back is exposed. If you have remnants after cutting the paper, turn it around and use it to mat the card like I did with the scalloped edge. I also used the scrap to punch a flower using the "Daisy" punch.

Card Detail:

Stamp set: Office Accountrement, Small Script, Soft Swirls

Paper: Rose Red, K&Company Brenda Walton Neopolitan Double Sided Designer Mat

Ink: Rose Red, Pretty in Pink

Accesories: JoAnn large brads, Daisy Punch, Fiskar "Cloud" scissors

The card below is a card I had posted on my previous post. I reposted the card from my because I forgot to edge the sketch.
