Daily Special - Anything But Cards - Tote Card Box

I made this tote a few days ago but decided to wait to post it. Someone unsubscribed from my blog site citing that the reason they unsubscribed was because I post too often. I thought about it and maybe I do post too often. Maybe it was getting irritating to receive daily emails. Haha! I mean. . . I guess it could be irritating.

So. . .I decided to take it into consideration and try not to post more than once a day. I already posted once today but I wanted to add this tote before I forget to post it. Anyhow, Feedblitz sends only one email for multiple posts. It's accumulated than sent once. What do you think? Do you think I post too often?

Anyway. . .I had a lot of fun with this tote. It's absolutely easy to make. I was thinking of doing a tutorial on this tote. . .I need a vote. If I receive at least 10 comments stating that you want a tutorial for this project, I'll create one.

This tote was created for a "tote" swap I participated in. The swap is a one to one swap that includes a tote with the person's monogram on the tote and 3 matching "thank you" cards. This is what I came up with. I think she'll like it. I made it all fancy and stuff. I wanted it look like a real tote.

Anyway. . .let me know if you want me to create a tutorial for this project!!

Until later. . .

Cute! I check your blog daily and would love a tutorial on the purse! No, I don't feel you post too often...sounds like that person just didn't want to get emails, cause Feedblitz only sends one email a day.

Oh, I love your blog. And I hope that wasn't me that put that you post too often. I did recently unsubscraibe from a lot of blogs because I switched to using Google reader but I put that I was subscribing in another manner. Hopefully I didn't miss-click on yours. I still check your blog everytime you update and really, when you are ddoing something you love is there such thing as too much?!

I thoroughly enjoy you blog and ALL of your posts. I don't feel that you post too often. Besides, it's your blog! What I do find is that I also have feedblitz and google reader and I like the reader much better as by the time I get my email from feedblitz, I've already seen the updated post in my reader. I've also thought of unsubscribing from some blogs for that reason. The reader is just way more convenient for me.

I love your tote and would love to see a tutorial on it. Thanks so much for the inspiration and for sharing.

Post away!

I LOVE the card tote! It looks like a suitcase, maybe it's the patterned paper that gives it that effect. Yes! I think you should put together a tutorial!!
Your cards are always so bright and cheery!! Brightens my morning when I open your emails :o)

Ignore the person who said you posted too often. It's your blog, & you can post as much as you want! I subscribe to a number of blogs, and yours is one of my favs. I love your projects, love your tutorials, love your creativity....I wouldn't change a thing! As for the tote, of course we'd love a tutorial. I look forward to it!

By all means, please post the tutorial! And don't let that person who unsubscribed change the frequency of your postings. I love ALL your emails. You should charge us a fee for using your site. I'm learning so much!

Maria I love your blog! I have only subscribed just within the past week, I am inspired by your creativity please make a tutorial for this box. I wouldn't listen to that unsubscriber, she probably subcribes to too many others & doesn't have time to look at them all & is using her excuse to leave yours as a scapegoat. Please keep doing what you are doing!

I would love to see a tutorial on this project as well. Mine DO NOT TURN OUT LIKE THIS and would like to learn how you do yours. And for the 'too many postings' I get a bunch of emails for blogs that I have signed up for. And I sometimes think of getting rid of some (or sometimes all of them). But then I see such cool things, I just can't do it. I just look when I can. I just love the things you do - your work is always so beautiful!!! Mary

hey girl, this tote is gorgeous - of course we need a tutorial, silly! You don't even need to ask!!! =0)

As for posting too much - you know what it might be? Maybe that person didn't ck her email for some time, and when she did, she found that there were alot of emails of blog postings from everyone (cause they add up if she's not cking her email everyday). But don't even worry about it - blog as you wish, you can easily tell by your # of readers how inspiring you are, and how everyone looks forward to receiving new posts from you. I think it may be just a matter of her schedule at that time. But I tell you what, she's going to be cking back to see what you've created - cause you have plenty inspiring stuffs, and don't you dare change that, girl. Just keep spreading your aloha spirit. Keep up the great creations, cause you love it, and we love it - and that's all that matters!!!

love n' aloha,
jen

Me again,
Just wanted to add...I can't believe someone would complain about you posting too much! Maybe I'm dense, but I love when people post lots of stuff - it doesn't matter if it's twice in one day...
Just my opinion!
