Daily Special - Anything But Cards - Paper bag Scrapbook Album - Delight in Life

I've been busy making this paper bag scrapbook album. I now know why I don't scrapbook often. I need instant gratification and if I can't complete something within an hour, I get annoyed. Scrapbooking is a lot of work, much more than making a card. But for the sake of making this scrapbook a nice one, I'll be patient.

The paper bag scrapbook album is 6 1/2 x 6 1/2 and contains 12 pages and 6 pockets. I'm partially done with the cover. I still need to add the ribbons so what you see in the picture is only 75% done. I will post for every 4 pages I complete because obviously, I can't finish this scrapbook in a day.

All of the paper are from "SAB Just Delightful Simply Scrappin' Kit". The stamps used are from the "SAB Delight in Life" stamp set. The rest of the elements to the scrapbook are from various other brands, such as the embellishments, tags, and ribbons.

Below is how the paper bag looks before I decorated it. As you can see, it's a bunch of paper bags folded, bound in the center and holes added. As I stated earlier, the cover is not complete and ribbons still need to be added. I will add the ribbons after I complete all of the pages.

Below is pages 1 and 2. When creating the pages, I made the mistake of adhering the pages on to the paper bag before I decorated it. This became a problem when I wanted to decorate it. Adding brads and ribbons became a challenge. If you plan to make this paper bag scrapbook album, complete your design first before adhering to the album. The tag on page 2 can be removed from the pocket to add a note or journal.
This is how pages 1 and 2 actually looks together. The first page is to add your photo and the second page to write your journal or captions.

On page 2, there's a pocket and I created a page that can be pulled out. You can add a picture on this page.

Below is pages 3 and 4. The right side is for pictures and the left side for journaling. The tag on page 3 can be pulled out of its pocket.
On Page 3 there's an inner pocket and I added an additional page with 2 tags that can be pulled out to write notes or for journaling.

Okay. . .that's it for now. I'll post again when I complete the next 4 pages.
Until later. . .
