Embossed Cardinal
Hello Everyone! My post will be short again today. I have a lot of things to do so I don't have time to chit-chat. After the holidays, I hope to get back to my normal routine. My goal is to finish my shopping by this weekend so my blogging has to be short and sweet. . .:)
Okay. . .do you see the red color on the embossed bird? Well. . .it actually was my fix of a screw up on my card. I had embossed the image with white embossing powder and I started to fill in parts of the image with a metallic gel pen and I accidentally smeared it. I tried to wipe it off but it left a red/pink tint to the embossed image. Argggh!
So. . .rather than starting over, I smudged the gel pen to parts of the embossed area. I think the end result isn't too bad.
Card Details:
Stamps: Inkadinkado
Papers: Deja View Designer paper (I think), Burgundy and white card stock (unknown)
Ink: Versamark
Accessories: Fiskar Cloud Scissors, SU Large Oval Punch, White embossing powder, Sakura Metallic gel pen, JoAnn Brads
