Big Announcement - Pink Cat Studio Design Team
Hi Everyone!! I am excited to announce that I was chosen to be part of the Pink Cat Studio Design Team. I actually didn't expect to be chosen! I saw the DT call and I've never really applied for a DT in a formal way and thought, hmmmm. . .why not? I sort of did it on a whim. Considering there are so many talented crafters out there who would be applying. . .I didn't really think that I would be considered. Wow, so it was a pleasant surprise when I got my email letting me know I'm part of the team!!
Although I love crafting and stamping. . .I need a "purpose". . .you know, something to inspire and motivate me . . .to add "meaning" to what I'm doing! "You're sounding pretty Zen, Maria!" LOL! Not to get philosophical but. . .lately, participating in challenges, being part of DTs, and joining PCP have put some meaning into what ever it is that I'm doing!
In the past, I have never thought or considered joining any design team. I have to thank Jen of "Pieces of Me" and "Little C's Stamps n' Things" who sort of got me started after considering me for her DT. . .being part of her DT for the past months gave me a purpose and inspired me to do more than just make a card!!! Doing her challenges weekly and just being part of her team motivated me to want to do more of these things!!

"Not be considered" are ya crazy!??! ;o) You're incredible of course you're a shoe-in for the DT! How exciting!!! Can't wait to see more of your stunning work. And I love your philosophy. It's true; it's so fun to feel like you're contributing when you stamp. Vamps up the creativity! (Although I don't think you could get any more brilliantly creative than you already are!) :O)
