InStyle Stamps - Sheree

Good Morning, Everyone!! I thought you were going to be working on Christmas cards, Maria? I will, I will. After today, I'll only work on Christmas projects. . .I'm such a procrastinator. Hey. . .believe it or not, I went to JoAnns and Michaels yesterday and I didn't buy a single thing for myself. Wow, unbelievable!! I did buy for others so I already started my Christmas shopping. I'm really happy about that.

Anyway. . .Instyle Stamps will be releasing 7 stamps this month and this is one of them. . .her name is "Sheree". Okay. . there's days when I wish I could just relax like Sheree. . .a bubble bath sounds good right now.

Just a little info on my card. . .I colored my image with my Copic Markers. . .rubbed a bit of SU pastels around the image using a cotton ball. I then added a bit of SU Crystal Effects to the bubbles. In person, you can see the raised and shiny bubbles better.

I also used my CB embossing folder to create a "bubble" background. I embossed a scrap piece of Photo Paper and rubbed ink over the embossed areas. . .unfortunately, it was basically covered up with all my layers! LOL!

I didn't want to cover up the image with my sentiment so I placed the sentiment on the inside of the card. I created the sentiment on my computer. It says "just relax and enjoy the moment". It's a message to myself! LOL!!
