Easter Card
Hi Friends!! Hey this is the last of my stock pile of cards. I decided to post it rather than saving it for tomorrow. I feel better today and almost back to normal so I can return to crafting.
I actually made a card today. . .I'll post it tomorrow! This image is a digital image by DJ Inkers. It's not a stamp image. I talked about DJ Inkers a few days ago. The images are sold in CDs but I recently looked at their website and I saw that they also sell downloadable digital images now.
This image is a cross between Valentines and Easter! LOL! You can use it for either occasion. I colored my image using my Copic Markers and added SU Crystal Effects to the hearts and the bunny shoes. The rest of the card is basically layering. I did do a bit of distressing to the card stock.
I'm sad to tell you all, our 2 fish died today They're just fishes but they sort of felt like pets. We've had them for over 2 years. It's sorta sad they died. I think there's something wrong with their water. They just suddenly died.
Anyway, hare's a close up of my card.
I decorated the inside a little bit. I couldn't find a small Easter sentiment to fit the front of my card so I put it on the inside.Anyway. . .hope y'all have a fabulous evening!!

WOW! This is just beautiful and love the layout and colors. I just love all the details you added to the card to make it come to life. The inside is so pretty. You are going to make one person really happy when they received the beautiful card.
I LOVE DJ Inkers!!! I still have one of the CD's or actually it was on 3x3 discs, that I purchased way back when.... I have to go hunt them down now, and possibly transfer to CD's. =0) I didn't know they sold digital images, I'll have to ck them out. Thanks for letting me know.

Sorry about your fishies... were they Koi fishes? Not that it matters, but I know how big they can get, and of course how they become part of your family. My girlfriend gave me her 2 Kois, and unfortunately, they died in my care. I was so sad, they must've been shell shocked from moving from one home to another. I was sad and felt bad at the same time. Bad Mommy Fish... =0(

What a cute card - love the epoxy on the hearts and I like how you "matted" the heart border punch - I'm assuming you just did that free handed and it's awesome. I'm going to have to incorporate that on one of my cards since I have a bazzilion border punches, LOL.

I love the shiny crystal effects on the red hearts this card all goes so well together the punch and the image are all like a string of paper dolls!!!

Sorry to hear that your fish died! That is horrible! They do become family members. A couple of years ago we lost some fish that we had had for 5 years. It was so difficult! I am so sorry for your loss!
