Pink Cat Studio "Lily at the Beach" Release Day and CD Case Calendar Video Tutorial

Hello Friends!! Today is Pink Cat Studio's release day of "Lily at the Beach"!! Whoohoo!! How awesome is that! I decided to create a CD Case Calendar for the last image for the Lily at the Beach stamp set. It's a supah dupah easy project! I included the video tutorial if you want to try it out.

I colored Lily with my Copic Marker, cut her out and mounted her on a designer paper. That's about it. I couldn't really add anything bulky on the calendar design because it slides in the back of the plastic casing. If you want to, you can decorate the plastic case but I don't recommend ribbons and such for the calendar insert. You won't be able to slide it in the slot if it's too bulky.

Not much chit-chat today!! I'm posting this at night and I have to get to bed! LOL!

Anyway, be sure to stop by Pink Cat Studio and get your "Lily at the Beach" so you can start creating your summer projects!

Be sure to stop by and check out all the cool projects that the design team created:

Love this!!!!! Girl you are so freakin' talented!

I only use my flash when I have very low lighting in my house. I usually take all my photographs w/o flash cause to be honest I hate using it! But as a photographer I've learned that you need it in some cases, even outdoors! I never use my flash on the camera and the Canon Speedlite 580EX works wonders (altho sometimes you can't tell on my pictures cause I'm lazy and set it on auto...shame on me!)

Yes, I've been to Temecula, my in-laws live in Murietta and when I get bored I go shopping in Temecula. Next time I'm in town or move back we should meet up for coffee. Are you guys planning on moving back to HI?

Well I hope you're having a great day...heard its been hot over there. I'm actually glad it's raining here, it gets too hot and a little rain is wonderful and totally cools down the temps.

Take care and thanks for always inspiring...shoot I get embarrass you visit my little old blog!

Aloha!
