Pink Cat Studio Sneak Peek Day #1 - Lily at the Beach

Hey Friends!! It's Pink Cat Studio's Sneak Peek Day #1 of April's new stamp release of "Lily at the Beach". "Lily at the Beach" will be available for sale on April 23rd!! Whoohoo!

Hey, lookie. . .Lily is back and this time she is enjoying the sun and with summer right around the corner, this stamp set is perfect for a lot of fun summer cards and projects!!

Oooh, Lily is sitting on a turtle. How cute. Wish I could ride on a turtle but I think I could do damage to one if I were to sit on a turtle's back. It would be a major burden on a turtle . . .can you imagine! I hate to admit this but I probably way more than a huge tortoise. LOL!

Anyway. . .I colored Lily with my Copic Markers. . .what's new, right? I also added a bit of SU Crystal Effects on Mr. Turtle there. Do you do anything different, Maria? Argggh, okay I'll think of something different.

Here's something different. . .I dressed up the inside of the card and added a little pocket and tag. I really loved the flip-flop design on the paper. . .I thought it matched the summer theme of the stamp!

Don't forget to scroll down. . .there's more.

Card Details:
Stamps: Pink Cat Studio Lily at the Beach
Paper: DCWV designer paper, SU Wild Wasabi, Bashful Blue, Pink Pirouette
Ink: Copic Markers, Sakura gel pen
Accessories: Grosgrain ribbon, SU Crystal Effects, Martha Stewart Border Punch

Remember that flip picture holder I had designed a few weeks ago. . .well, I still have a ton of pages I still need to fill up so I decided that Lily with her inner tube complimented the picture perfectly. The photo was taken a while back when we were still living in Hawaii. The photo was taken when we went on a whale watching cruise on my birthday.

Again I colored Lily with my Copic Markers.

Here's a side view of the flip picture holder. I plan to fill out all of the pages. . .there's about 20 of them. I only did 3 pages so far. I got a long way to go but when I'm done, I'll display it in our living room.

Anyway. . .stop by tomorrow and check out another project that I created for the Pink Cat Studio Sneak Peek Day #2!!

Be sure to check out the other cards and projects created by the Pink Cat Studio design team:
