Flutter by Wednesday Challenge and Photo of the Day

Hey Friends!!! This is my second post for the day! Lately, I've been overlapping my posts because there's a lot of things going on in blog land and well, one card post a day isn't working. I made this card the other day for the Flutter by Wednesday challenge but I have backload of cards that I needed to post. Well, there's going to be a new challenge at Flutter by Wednesday tomorrow so I needed to post this today. Be sure to scroll down to my previous post for the other card I posted today of the Anya/Ian card and Crayon Box Project.

This is another of my cards that evolved. I started off with the Stampin Up image from the retired "Nature's Secret" stamp set. I stamped the image using a "Spectrum" stamp pad. . .you know the multi-colored ink pads. I then heat embossed the image with SU Iridescent Ice embossing powder. You can't see it in the photo but the image is very sparkly.

Then I remembered the Flutter by Wednesday challenge and added the butterfly which is a chipboard by K&CO. . .I also added the scallop frame using the K&Co chipboard embellishments.

Anyway, stop by Danni's Dream blog site to check out the Flutter by Wednesday challenge.
Hope y'all have a fantastic day!!

Card Details:

Stamp set: SU Nature's Secret, SU Warm Words
Paper: K&Co desinger paper, SU Cameo Coral, So Saffron, Pretty in Pink
Ink: Kaleidacolor Ink Pad, Versamark ink
Accessories: SU Hodge Podge Hardware, K&Co chipboard embellishments, Darice rhinestones, Making Memories ribbon, SU Iridescent Ice

Photo of the Day

Love this Photo

Yesterday was my husband's birthday and we headed to the winery. It was really nice. We had a great dinner. . .I had a yummy rib eye. I also made a mini album for my husband which I'll post tomorrow. Anyway, before I left, I took a photo of the entrance of the restaurant. I love how the photo came out. To me, it looks like a painting. Anyway. . .stop by my photo blog "Photo Inspirations" and check out the other photos I took of the entrance of the restaurant and the other photos I post there!!
